Nest Land began with a simple idea: create homes that feel good to live in and investments that feel safe to own.
Nest Land is a boutique, family-founded real estate firm based in Athens, bringing together development, renovation, brokerage and property management into one integrated model.
We work with international investors and private clients who value clarity, quality, and long-term thinking. By combining acquisition, design, and ongoing oversight under one structure, we remain present at every stage of the property journey. Our work is defined by attention to detail, quality materials, and relationships built to last.
Seven years ago, our founder, John
Angelis, saw how complicated property
buying in Greece felt for international
client’s endless paperwork, confusing laws
and uncertain renovation work.
Nest Land was created to change that. We built a boutique real estate studio that treats every project with care, clarity and transparency.
Today, we guide investors, families and local owners through each step, from finding the right home, to designing it, renovating it and managing it long after it’s complete.
